使用方法

1. Enter a value in any of the four fields: Hz, period (ms), FPS, or BPM。
2. All other fields update instantly using the reciprocal relationship (period = 1000 / Hz)。
3. Change any field at any time to recalculate from that value。

範例

• Entering 60 Hz gives period 16.666667 ms, 60 FPS, and 3600 BPM。
• Entering 120 BPM gives 2 Hz, period 500 ms, and 2 FPS — useful for syncing animations to music tempo。
