使用方法
- Paste or type your English text into the input field。
- Read the eight metrics that appear instantly: Flesch Reading Ease, Flesch-Kincaid Grade, Gunning Fog Index, recommended grade, word count, sentence count, syllable count, and complex-word count。
- Use Flesch Reading Ease (0–100, higher = easier) and the grade scores to judge audience fit。
- Note that all three formulas are calibrated for English — scores for other languages are approximate。

- A short news paragraph of 30 words might score Flesch 65, FK Grade 8, Fog 10 — suitable for a general adult audience。
- A legal contract passage with long sentences and polysyllabic words typically scores Flesch below 30 and a Fog index above 18。
